Kulugo or Wart

The wart is a small outgrowth of skin or a small lesion that can be induced by microtrauma, and can appear on almost all parts of the body. It can be found on the hand, the elbow, the knee, the face, the foot and on the genitals.

Warts are skin tumors benign (not cancerous). They derive the skin infection by a virus, the human papillomavirus (HPV) that there are fifty different types, some with more readily some warts. It seems generally accepted that the warts of the hands, elbows and knees may come from strain injury.
