Energy Development Corporation

Energy Development Corporation is the largest producer of geothermal energy in the Philippines and the second largest in the world. It is involved in geothermal, hydroelectric and wind power projects.

The company was previously owned by the Philippine National Oil Company, a state corporation owned by the Republic of the Philippines engaged in the exploration of resources, energy production and distribution of food to smaller electricity distributor. EDC was privatized and acquired by the Lopez group as part of its energy and power business units.

Ayala Land, Inc.

Ayala Land, Inc. ( ALI ) is a real estate company in the Philippines. It was created in 1988 as a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation and bundles its real estate business. Ayala Land develops land and builds and operates hotels, shopping centers, office and residential buildings.
Ayala Land Incorporated is engaged in the development of business and commercial, residential developments and infrastructure projects in the Philippines. It is famous for its operation upscale shopping centers in the country, including the most recent - Trinoma - just opened in 2007. Ayala Land is the real estate arm of Ayala Corporation , the oldest and largest conglomerate of operating in the Philippines.

San Miguel Corporation

The San Miguel Corporation (SMC) is a company based in the Philippines that products in the food and beverage sector. In terms of turnover is SMC's third-largest company in the Philippines. With approximately 130 offices in Asia and the Pacific, it is also one of the largest companies of Southeast Asia. In 2008 the company was included in the 1984th as a Forbes Global 2000.

One of the most famous products of the company is the San Miguel beer.

The San Miguel Beer Division (SMBD) manufactures and distributes the best selling beer brand in the Philippines and Hong Kong , San Miguel Pale Pilsen (which often as San Miguel Beer is indicated). In addition to the beer, the division produces a range of other beer brands at home and abroad. SMBD 90% of the beer market in the Philippines owned and about 25% of the market in Hong Kong.
