Ayala Land, Inc. ( ALI ) is a real estate company in the Philippines. It was created in 1988 as a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation and bundles its real estate business. Ayala Land develops land and builds and operates hotels, shopping centers, office and residential buildings.

It is famous for its operation upscale shopping centers in the country, including the most recent - Trinoma - just opened in 2007. Ayala Land is the real estate arm of Ayala Corporation , the oldest and largest conglomerate of operating in the Philippines.
