Ayala Land, Inc. ( ALI ) is a real estate company in the Philippines. It was created in 1988 as a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation and bundles its real estate business. Ayala Land develops land and builds and operates hotels, shopping centers, office and residential buildings.
Ayala Land Incorporated is engaged in the development of business and commercial, residential developments and infrastructure projects in the Philippines. It is famous for its operation upscale shopping centers in the country, including the most recent - Trinoma - just opened in 2007. Ayala Land is the real estate arm of Ayala Corporation , the oldest and largest conglomerate of operating in the Philippines.

In 2013, the Company began operating Holiday Inn & Suites Makati and its Seda hotels in Bonifacio Global City, Cagayan de Oro and Davao. Seda Nuvali Hotel was opened in March 2014.

ALI ventured into companies to further complete the value proposition of its mixed-use communities . In July 2013, ALI has entered into a strategic partnership with Mercado Group to establish hospitals and clinics located in mixed-use developments incorporated in the Company. The Company to improve its communities with the introduction of health care facilities in the Qualimed Brand. The first clinic opened in February 2014 Qualimed at Trinoma in Quezon City.
