Bryan Guy Adams (November 1959 in Kingston, Ontario) is a Canadian rock - singer - composer and photographer . Since 1983, Adams reached number-one rankings in the charts in over 30 countries. In almost forty years of career he has sold over 100 million records.
Bryan Adams has won 18 Juno Awards among 58 nominations, including wins for Best Male Artist in 2000 and Male Vocalist of the Year in 1997 and every year from 1983 to 1987. Adams also had 15 nominations for Grammy Awards including a win for Best Song written for a movie or television for (Everything I Do) I Do It for You at the Grammy Awards in 1992. Adams has also received awards and nominations at the American Music Awards, MTV Video Music Awards and Golden Globe Awards.
In August 2015, the Canadian singer announced on Twitter that the new album Get Up! , Written with Jim Vallance and produced by Jeff Lynne, will be published Oct. 16 in the world, at a distance so seven and a half years from his last unpublished work. Meanwhile, during the breaks of his world tour to support the album Get Up, Bryan worked with Jim Vallance musical adaptation of the film Pretty Woman. The opera will debut in Broadway between spring and autumn of 2017.
