To date, it is the largest residential developer in average income and largest developer of Business Process Outsourcing ( BPO) Philippines office.
The six township projects of Megaworld are: Eastwood City, Forbes Town Center, McKinley Hill, Newport City, Manhattan Garden City, and Cityplace.
Travelers was established in 2003 to engage mainly in the hotel, restaurants, leisure parks, leisure centers, play activities and other related businesses. Travelers also was the first recipient of the PAGCOR provisional license to develop a part of the city of Newport and Bagong Nayong Pilipino Entertainment Manila project. In 2008 , in partnership with AGI Genting Hong Kong Limited has developed these projects.
Golden Arches Development Corporation is the local franchise of the McDonald global brand It was incorporated in 1980. In 2005, AGI has acquired 49% of the company. The rest is held by George Yang.
Emperador Distillers is a wholly owned subsidiary of AGI . It was acquired in 2007 by The Andersons Group. Emperador Distillers operated three brands under him : Emperador Brandy , Brandy Generoso and the bar . The Emperador brand was also recognized as the number one selling brandy in the world in 2007. Readers Digest also awarded Emperador as Most Trusted Brand in 2004, 2006 and 2007.
