Baguio - Summer Capital of the Philippines

It was designated by the Philippine Commission as the Summer Capital of the Philippines on June 1, 1903 and took in as a city by the Philippine Assembly on September 1, 1909.

Due to its weather and history, Tourism is one of Baguio's main industries.



Camp John Hay is the former American recreational facility was converted into a highest quality resort. It features a golf course, picnic area, skating rink, and a mini golf course at the Scout Hill area. Several cottages and hotels were also transformed to accommodate visitors. Some first class restaurant sophistications complete with fireplaces and panoramic views look forward to visitors.

Mines View Park Called for its site of Benguet's mountain ranges where gold, silver and other ores were once quarried.



Penagbenga Festival is an annual flower festival happening every February.
