Pagudpud is a town in the Philippine province of Ilocos Norte, and is located west of Cagayan in the South China Sea. In 2010 it numbered 21,877 inhabitants.
Pagupud is famous for its white beaches with coconut trees and crystal blue water. Otherwise, the land falls steeply down to the sea. A bridge leads to the stilt -Kalbario Patapat National Park and to Cagayan.

The 11th President of the Philippines from 1986 to 1992 was the world-renowned advocate of Democracy, Peace, Women's empowerment, and a Religious piety. She was the first female president of the Philippines and in Asia.
