The Commission on Elections - Comelec has approved only eight presidential candidates out of the 99 aspirants who have filed their certificates of candidacies - COCs.Before going to your local precint, why not take time to check your voters info. or If you can't remember the last time you voted, or there some instances that inoccurence.
