Jessica Ellen Cornish, better known under the pseudonym Jessie J, born on 27 March 1988 in Redbridge in England, is a singer-songwriter in English contract with the label Lava Records ( Universal Music Group ). The list of awards Jessie J, is 16 awards and 47 nominations total.

Daughter of Stephen Cornish Cornish and Rose (née Archer), she studied at Mayfield High School in the London Borough of Redbridge . She attended Colin's Performing Arts School when at the age of 11 years she has been engaged in the musical Whistle Down the Wind , produced by Andrew Lloyd Webber and performed in West End theater . Jessie has two sisters, who are five and seven years older than her, who were gifted at school. Unlike her academic sisters, Jessica said she was not made for the course. She said: "At school, they told me" Oh, you're a Cornish girl! " and they expected me to be like my sisters. When you draw something, an outfit or haircut for someone to write a song, I'm strong, but mathematics, it has never been my thing. "She also said she has always enjoyed the music. At the age of 16, she began studying at the BRIT School and at 17 she joined a group of girls named Deep Soul. She graduated in 2006, and the singers Adele and Leona Lewis. At 18, she suffered a stroke.
