b. have submitted his/her entry within the duration of the promo October 1, 2010, to December 28, 2011;

d. be present at Wireless Services Asia system database within the promotion duration.


2. All participants are presumed to have read and understood, and agree and abide by the promos complete rules and regulations.


3.
